Hi, all of a sudden, the 2nd tuner in my card is no longer being detected on my machine (Arch Linux) Kernel version: 3.16.3-1

/dev/dvb/adapter0 (The working tuner) contains: demux0 dvr0 frontend0 net0
and /dev/dvb/adapter1 (the broken one) contains: demux0 dvr0 net0

this is the output of dmesg: http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=fA4k7tMC

and this is the output of lsdvb:

SAA716x TBS (1131:7160 6982:2) on PCI Domain:0 Bus:2 Device:0 Function:0
DEVICE:0 ADAPTER:0 FRONTEND:0 (TurboSight TBS 6982SE DVBS/S2 frontend)
FE_QPSK Fmin=950MHz Fmax=2150MHz

and lspci: http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=iFDJippe

I'm using the latest drivers (19th of August).

The 1st tuner is picked up and works fine, still. Just the 2nd tuner has disappeared all of a sudden.

Could this be a hardware failure then?
