tbs6982se - modulation 9 is not supported

Postby lev » Thu Jun 11, 2015 4:31 pm

Hi everybody!
I regularly get messages in dmesg from my TBS 6982:
Code: Select All Code
[82162.562858] TurboSight TBS 6982SE Frontend:
[82162.562861]  tbs6982se - modulation 9 is not supported

Modulation 9, according to linux/dvb/frontend.h, is PSK_8. It happens not every day and I haven't discover any pattern.
Also sometimes the card can't tune to transponder or currently displaying channel has a digital noises (TS discontinuity error in libdvbpsi log). There are no problems with signal on other equipment, and after reboot the card works well.

So, the question. Why does this occur?

My system is CentOS 6.5 i386 with kernel 3.2.62. Drivers version v150429. The same problem was with an old drivers (about a year) too.
Also I've TBS 6285 installed in the system.
