TBS6285 not recognized on Intel S5520HC board
Posted: Mon Apr 07, 2014 5:28 pmHello, we bought 2 brand new TBS6285 devices for about 600 dollars but they are not working on our server board Intel S5520HC. I tried new BIOS, changing card positions in PCI-E slots and some BIOS settings none helped, lspci is not showing tuners so it is somehow related to compatibility problems similar to TBS6981 and TBS6985, could you please help us?
What are possible solutions, can we send you those devices and change them for TBS6284?
