Hi All

MatrixTV beta version V1.0.0.3 is already released. if you want to have a try you can get it here.

have the following update:
1.Use wolfgar latest XBMC which fixed a lot of problem especially about the HD .Thanks very much for the effort made by wolfgar.
2.Add TBS USB tuner support for the following products:
TBS 5990 Dual DVB-S/S2 CI BOX
TBS 5280 DVB-T/C
TBS 5281 DVB-T/C
3.Merge wolfgar latest kernel update.
4.Fixe some small bugs.

The latest code has already uploaded to SF too. This version will be more stable than the previous one

TBS5925 not working with MatrixTV beta 1.0.0.3.

DiSEqC settings = No DiSEqC
LNB settings : 9750/10600 Ku Linear

Scanning results:

DiSEqC: switch pos 0, 18V, hiband (index 3)
DVB-S IF freq is 1028000

scan 4 sats - 120´, thor impossible is not 1°W but 0,8°W

I create in /root//usr/share/transponders folder S1.0W.ini file from S0.8W.ini file.

Before release this beta version, i have already tested TBS5925 with Matrix by myself,which is ok.
So can you have a try test it in Windows,make sure that your TBS5925 is ok.

Before release this beta version, i have already tested TBS5925 with Matrix by myself,which is ok.

Hi steven!

I tested my TBS5925 in Win7 and work perfectly.
With MatrixTV not working.

I testing the software in 2 different TBSMatrix hadware with 2 different tuner. (TBS5925 and TBS5922)

Testing results:

TBSMatrix 1 + TBS5925 --> Tuning failed from MatrixTV config menu
TBSMatrix 1 + TBS5922 --> Tuning failed from MatrixTV config menu

TBSMatrix 2 + TBS5925 --> Tuning failed from MatrixTV config menu
TBSMatrix 2 + TBS5922 --> Tuning failed from MatrixTV config menu

So hardware or software problem?

I bet that is a w_scan or szap problem ... I have the same problem here with 1.0.0.3 but it works well if preload the channels.conf file from a backup and run it with VDR+XBMC
