But this is so great! Why do you want to stop this? :D

In autostart.sh script add
Code: Select All Code
echo default-on > /sys/class/leds/red/trigger

You do that on Windows or just in ssh console
Code: Select All Code
echo "echo default-on > /sys/class/leds/red/trigger" >>/storage/.config/autostart.sh

Hi everyone,

First of all, a big thanks to vpeter for this amazing OpenElec on our Matrix ARM.
I've got some issue with mine : after a reboot, i've got an error message :

***Error in check_disks:could not repair filesystem, dropping to debug shell, try to run 'fsck' manually:***
### Starting debugging shell... Type exit to quit ###
Sh: can't access tty; job control turned off

It looks like the same error that Cjcr had on the previous page. I tried to use the MfgTool2-update.bat but no change happened. I googgled this error and found that it sometimes happens with Rasberry Pi and can easily be fix with this command :
# fsck -fy /dev/mmcblk0p2
# reboot

I tried it but the same error come back. Does anyone have the solution for this problem ? It would be nice not to reinstall it all... Thanks in advance.

PS : Really sorry for my bad english, i do my best :)

Hello,
if you update the old version, try to new install script but you lose all old files.
Always make a backup before ;) I got the same error.
But the backup in OpenELEC is complete and so I found my old settings and the library
Maybe vpeter can redo the script?

ps:
Chez moi j'ai tout essayé sans succès avant de faire la nouvelle installation.

One option would be to boot different version of openelec from SD card and backup/fix/repair/whatever from there.

Hi!

For TBS 2910 V1.3 with OpenELEC 5.0.8:

fan control:

echo default-on > /sys/class/leds/fan/trigger --> fan on
echo none > /sys/class/leds/fan/trigger --> fan off

Try:
Code: Select All Code
echo 1 > /sys/class/leds/fan/brightness
echo 0 > /sys/class/leds/fan/brightness

as in my lost PR https://github.com/vpeter4/OpenELEC.tv/ ... 67c90ddR28

If you installed openelec on eMMC then multiboot is already in bootloader. Just create SD card as written in one of my previous threads. I think I prepared SD card image. Don't expect much more help from me because lost hope for openelec/matrix/...
