Which versions?

I purchased the TBS2910 (Oct2017) and just discovered that I was sold an old version!
(V1.3). I am new to this and after several unsuccessful attempts to flash different OS's onto it I finally managed to burn Ubuntu 12.04 V1.0.0.1 to replace Openelec; can someone please tell me which versions of the packages are compatible with V1.3 (Android, Openelec, MatrixTV, etc)?
