USB Upgrade for Matrix TV

Hi,

I just read that the new version of matrix TV supports usb upgrade :

" MatrixTV is upgraded to V1.0.1.1, whichhas below updating:
1.Add USB disk upate support,more easy to update your Matrix."

it means we dont need to use mfgtool or OTG interface to upgrade the Matrix mini pc. Am I rite?

If it supports usb upgrade? is there any manual which states the procedure, such as how to prepare the USB device for upgrade? like upgrade from Sdcard? has some one tried this before?
