Installing a TBS6280 on an Intel / FreeNAS
Posted: Thu Nov 19, 2015 1:26 amHello. I am a total novice in the world of Linux/FreeNAS but have the NAS up and running with the TBS6280 hardware installed.
My first question is - is there a driver available?
2. If so, is there a real step by step process available for a newby like me to actually get through a configuration.
What I want to achieve is the NAS being used also as a PVR
So far, the FreeNAS is hosting PlexMediaSever and I've managed to get MythTV working as a server. If I can get this card installed just maybe I can then use mythTV to record to the server drives. Nothing is coming easy to me so far.
