How to flash a new u-boot binary

These instructions assume you want to flash your tbs2910 from a computer running linux.
As of this writing, these these instructions also assume you have DHCP and TFTP servers configured properly and working in concert, which is probably not the case for many people. If there's some desire, I could spend some time to enable loading a new u-boot binary from the SD card slot or from a USB stick. Better yet, send me a pull request with code to enable it: https://github.com/l3iggs/tbs2910-from-scratch
