TBS First Use

Postby putz182 » Fri Aug 23, 2013 6:48 am

I was looking after another solutionn to my house and I discovered TBS products.

Right now I have in my house a F90HD Lexuz DVB-C (Cardsharing) receiver working with one TV, and I want to expand it to another TV. I made a lot of research and found very interesting the TVHeadEnd with XBMC.

My fisrt idea was to buy the TBS5680 and stream with the 2 TVS (tune different channels at the same time) with openelec.
Does it will work? Do I need more tunners?
I found that with TVheadend was possible to tunne multiple channels which are in the same frequency. Will that work with QAM encrypted channel as well?
If I choose to buy 2 tunners, does TVHeadend will manage the tunners correctly?

I also found the MOI product. For me, it is fantastic. exactly what I need. Don't you sell a MOI with DVB-C?

with unofficial built for TBS openelec you will be able to do everything you mentioned.Make sure that the dvb-c TBS drivers are enabled and everything should be fine.

Im using 4 cable sticks same time with tvheadend under openelec and working fine . also working very fine with openelec and vdr prebuilt addon aswell.
