Adaptor 1 lock failed

Hi

I am new to this forum, and indeed, this technology.

I recently purchased an MOI Pro and a 6903 tuner card. I installed the tuner card in the MOI Pro. Powered up the MOI Pro and followed all the TVHeadend information I could find on the iNet to get it going.

I live in New Zealand. I am accessing Optus D1. I am using an existing satellite dish and LNB which are aligned with Optus D1 and work perfectly on a set top tuner. However, I get the error “adaptor 1 lock failed” from the MOI Pro.

Clearly, I have got some setting wrong. I’m hoping that someone can assist me in resolving this problem, please. I don’t appear to be able to get off first base!! Thank you in anticipation.
