How to do a factory reset and find firmware version?

ANy idea how to do a factory reset. I was able to see my 8 cards in the HTML page but now i see only 4 . Not sure what happened. Tried reboot but no use.
So wanted to try factory reset.
2) Any idea how check for firmware version in linux of kernel as well as whole firmware.

I got uname -a to find version L inux moipro 3.0.35-2666-gbdde708.. I think its 3.0.3 . It would be better if the download shows this number on the http://www.tbsdtv.com/download/ page , So that we are sure about our firmware version
2) I can see the adapters now. Looks like some browsers have issues. I used IE and it worked fine But not in firefox.
Older version has some issues.

You have to make sure about which kernel do you use dvb-c or dvb-t one.
Before you flash you have to rename one of the kernel files to your model of card used in order to see the cards.

For example if you use combo cable and sat you have to use dvb-c uimage file
if you use terrestrial and sat you have to use the dvb-t uimage file.
