Tbs IPTV application --- not able to watch.

I notice there is a Tbs IPTV application (Tbs IPTV apk for Android v1.0.0.2)
available on TBS webiste
http://www.tbsdtv.com/download/
under the MOI pro section.

I install this app on my android phone and opened it.

There are two sections: live TV and sat TV logo.

the issue is there is no channel to watch if I click the live tv logo. the screen shows a empty channel list or blank screen.

If you go to the sat tv logo, the app will open web browser automatically.

could anyone suggest me how to watch my tv channels on MOI pro.

android version of my phone: 4.4.4

2) Moi Pro
firmware: 1.0.0.3
tvheadend: channels were set and no problems to be watch by the devices.

3) network
at the same network

any help would be greatly appreciated.
