You can extend IF range in streamreader.ini - IFStart, IFStop params. But anyway STB6100 tuner support standard IF range 950-2150MHz. STV6120 wide-band tuner support 250-2150MHz.

Full range TBS5925

now try scan full range CS /250 - 2500 MHz/
TBS5925 create fake transponders in range 250-650 MHz from first real transponders in band
real working range 800-2300 MHz

what lnb are you using? KU band universal lnb?
