There's a molex power connector that comes with the 6908. Does that need to be used? Doesn't the card get all the power it needs from the PCIexpress slot? Under what circumstances does the molex power connector need to be used?

Usually do not need to use the extra power , just in case when you connect a big motor need more power then the extra power is needed
