Quad Tuner Cable Connection

First of all really sorry im very new in this section but hope i will learn fast,
My first and very basic question is do i need 4 COAXIAL Cables from LNB to Tuner?
i want to record multiple channels on my computer and want to make a powerful setup and hope some guru will guide me from basic,
