TBS6909 Tvheadend No input detected

When I am trying to view three FTA channels (different transponder) with TVHEADEND and VLC, two of them start ok, but the last one doesn't work and TVHEADEND freezes. The error is "No input detected".
I tried disabling all tuners and activating only one tuner and one channel and 8 tuners work fine (individually). But with three or more channels on the same time, doesn't work.
