TBS driver not working with DVB-T2

after a lot of different tries with multiple software I have to state that the Linux driver for the TBS6290 is not working in T2 mode
.
DVB-T is working well but T2 doesn't work at all.
The software that comes with the TBS drivers (scan-s2 and szap-s2) is unusable for searching or tuning T2 channels.
If I'm wrong please give me any examples of how to get this card work in T2 mode in combination with the TBS Linux drivers...
