Hi,
few veeks ago i did upgrade in my PC and I changed my old nVidia GTX660 to nVidia GTX1660Ti. After this update - when i'm watching TV in window and (in same time) working with other app whitch using GPU, TV signal get worst, TV start lagging sound & make artefacts in picture. When GPU is under heavy load (like GPU stress test), TV lost signal completely. When GPU lost load, signal is back.

New GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti SC ULTRA GAMING
CPU: Intel i7-4790
MB: Asus Maximus Gene 7
OS: Win 7 Ultimate x64
PSU: 650W Seasonic 80+ platinum

All drivers are up to date, all Win updates installed

Tested in more TV apps - same problem

Is the tuner card near by the GPU card ? if yes please try another PCI-E slot then check again

I have small MB and i have only three PCI-e slots:
Upper x16 - GPU card
middle x16/x8 - empty
lower x4 - TV tuner

New info:
* TV tuner in middle PCIe - no change.
* some channels are working under GPU load without problem:

Window in left: Furmark - GPU under full load
Window in right-top: Schibo PVR - channel not affected
Window in right-bottom: WMC - channel lost signal afer GPU load (WMC message: No TV signal)

When GPU is'nt under load, booth channels have same signal strenght & quality
