TBS6704 fails to pick up channels, need firmware?

Hello TBS forum,
my new TBS6704 card is not picking up any channels from my powered HD antenna here indoors, near Provo, Utah. Here is the antenna pictured indoors with the window: https://imgur.com/a/e7opP facing south. It's plugged into the "RF IN" port on the card.
