What is the usage of the second coax connector?

What is the usage of the second coax connector?

I notice there are two coax connectors on this tuner card. Does this mean that there are two inputs that can be split among antennas? In other words, could you have an antenna pointed in one direction connected to two tuners, and an antenna pointed in a completely different direction connected to the other two tuners, which would be very useful in some situations? Or is the second connector for some other purpose?

Tis is my first time posting, good day to all the members on this forum'
I'm located in North America using TBS 6704 with Tvheadend for antenna channels. It seems like I can't scan satellite dish channels. I have been told, that I need a TBS DVB-S2 TUNER.
Can any one recommand the one for the Unites states . I will be using ,Dish Network.
Thanks,
