Two out of 16 Tuners Working

We have recently purchased three (3) MOI AMD PRO Streaming Servers with two Octa Tuner DVB-C Cards, upon arrival we have done the requisite updates to the servers and the lsdvb readout is as follows:

These are the configuration steps I have taken:

1. Gone into the network tab of TVHeadend and created 16 networks named 6209-0 through 6209-15.
2. Disabled network discovery.
3. Gone into the "Mux" tab and assigned one frequency per network.
4. Gone into the TV Adapter tab and assigned one network to one adapter.

The Problem


The muxes all scan correctly and find the channels. However, only tuners 6209-0 and 6209-1 are successfully mapping and playing services. I have checked the configuration of the other tuners and it seems every tuner is the same but simply not working.

Any ideas?

We were able to solve this ourselves. As it turns out, the EPG's also scan as a channel and we were trying to then programme the EPG's as channels. Once we realized this we were able to assign the correct frequency to the correct tuners and we were able to proceed.
