Do not understand your question ,do you mean you want to output the whole TS stream then play with VLC ?

hi ,
if you want to streaming whole TS , login amd pro (user name:root pass:123456) via putty , then use command line , for eg :
dvblast -f 11171000 -s 43200000 -v 13 -a 0 -U -u -d 192.168.1.188:1234
V: -v 13
H: -v 18
192.168.1.188:1234 is the destination address and port .
