TBS MOI Pro AMD IPTV streaming server - software and Panel

I bought TBS moi pro iptv streaming server + 2 x TBS 6909 cards. Unfortunately I am moving to my new property and I can't install any Sat dish...
I need help to find any software / company or person to help me with it, becouse I am doing it first time... Of course it don't has to be unpaid solution.
I want to set streaming server up in my parents house and using VPN send it straight to me. What I need now is software and panel which is working with AMD moi pro, with cccam/ oscam / mgcamd and also with android boxes / mag and smart TV. Also I would like if possible set up my VOD to don't use plex server anymore.
Can anyone help me with it? Software name? Company name or what I have to do and what exactly I need.
Priority is set up TV stream.
