TBS6909 connections

Hi

I need to connect a TBS6909 to a Sat multiswitch 5/8.
I already have connected to that multiswitch a SAT receiver and a TBS6982 (both working OK).

Can I use TBS6909 in Mode 1 or Mode 2 with the following cable configuration?





My initial attempts were not very successful since I always have a FAIL during the scan process!

Any help please?

mode 1 - each tuner pairs must be tuned to same pol/band.
for your case better use default mode 0 and you can tune any transponder on each tuner.

P.S. low SR transponeder usual not locked (<10000 Ks).

To change to mode 0, I just have to edit the /etc/modprobe.d/mxl58x.conf file with "options mxl58x mode=0", right?
It is enough or I need then to compile the driver again?

just edit modprobe config (comment or delete mxl58x options, default mode=0)
