HOW TO CHANGE MODE AT MULTIPLE DEVICES

I've two TBS 6909X-v2
I'd like get it work like this;
First 6909X has to be work with Unicable mode-2
Second 6909X has to be work with default mode-0
when i choose mode2, second 6909x does not find signal
when i choose mode0, first 6909x(unicableII) does not find signal
How can i assign first one is unicable mode second one is default mode ?
