Hello I have a TBS 6903 PCIe Card using crazy scan I can scan 10750 linear frequencies just fine. But when I try scanning a Circular 11250, crazy scan will create the graph showing signal, but NO frequencies will show in the blind. I have trying a few things nothing will work, my prof card shows the Circular 11250 with no problem, I just can't get the TBS6903 to display the frequencies, I am using 1.0.5 driver in Windows 7

Wanted to know if anyone had a copy of V1.0.0.1 driver or V1.0.0.6 driver for TBS 6903 ? I could try?

1.0.0.1: https://www56.zippyshare.com/v/NywXfOcu/file.html
But I do not recommend that, 1.0.0.1 had multiple issues that were fixed in the following releases.
There's no real difference between scanning linear and circular polarization, because both are using 13V/18V to switch polarity, so no reason for not working on latest drivers. Additionally - in most cases circulat LNB's are using one band only, so 22 kHz is not needed, which is simplifying the configuration.

And the most important: LOF Frequency, no matter if 10750 or 11250, is used only for calculation purposes, really card is working between 950 and 2150 MHz (well, even a bit more). So eventual failure for LOF 11250 must be software fault, not driver and not card. So driver changes are clearly a wrong direction.

Try to use CrazyScan with L-band selected and verify with CrazyScan if any signal is coming from a LNB. If any signal will be visible, try to lock and check parameters, so it will be clear what calculation should be done, to go from IF Frequency to real frequency.

I am not sure how to use L-band could you tell me how to use that, and to lock on using L-band thanks

On LNB tab select L-Band and on Frequency range tab select L-band, then go Scan.
If graph is flat - signal issue.
If graph has got ups and downs - signal is present and card is able to receive it.
Select some up and double click to lock.

Looks fine. Which satellite you are trying to receive? What will happen, if you press Blindscan button?
Now probably getting correct configuration should resolve your issue.
