6902 has trouble reading some transponders, DiseqC problem?

I have a setup with a TVheadend server, HTS Tvheadend 4.2.7, on Arch Linux, 4.19.12-arch1-1-ARCH.
For the disc I have a monoblock LNB for Astra 1 and 2 resp. 19,2E and 23,5E with four outputs.
After a couple of years my TBS6981 adapter stopped functioning, didn't got recognized anymore, and I bought a TBS6902 to replace it.
After I had the TBS driver installed the tuner looked OK but I had problems with tuning to some channels.
Strangely they were all channels on the same mux so I rescan that mux/tranponder.
It did find some channels but they where on the wrong satellite. Despite the network settings it scanned at 19,2E where it should be 23,5E.
Most muxes/transponders functioning well, a couple does not.
After that I installed the drivers from the Crazycat media_build but they perform exactly the same way although the tuner is recognized as Tmax TAS2101 instead of TBS-6902.
I reinstalled TVheadend and in the proces lost all my settings so now I have a clean installation but still the same problem with some transponders.
The ones that are troubling me are:
23E, 12187500, 29900000, 2/3, H and 23E, 12109000, 27500000, 3/4, H.
After the scan it reply's with the network ID "1" which should be "3" like other muxes on the Astra 3.
As you can see in the screenshot the provider network name is filled in automatically with ASTRA 1 after a scan.

I still strugling with some transponders. It seems to have a relation with horizontal polarisation on the LNB which is connected with the B port of the diseqc switch.
In those cases the switch stay's on the A port and tune to the wrong satellite.
Does this behaviour ring a bell by someone?
In the meantime I have tried several drivers and kernels from old to new but without succes.
Could this be a malfunction of the, new, tunercard?
On the same monoblock I can tune with a Dreambox and with a USB tuner so I don't think its a defect switch.
I can and will change the disc angle because the most stations I like to recieve are on the 23.5E instead of the 19.2E but it feels like giving up.

Can someone help me out with this?

Hi,
I'm waiting for your remote-check so many days, still no response.
Please arrange as soon as possible.

For the "Tas2101", "TBS6902", this is a little differenced of the driver Enginner, "Crazycat" like define to "TAS2101", our Enginner like "TBS6902". But the driver function is same.

Wating for your Teamviewer or open TvhwebUI for us.

Thanks
