pci-e x1 converter

hi...

i only have intel nuc pc with Thunderbolt 3 port...

is it possible to use this TBS6902 pci-express x1 ??? what converter should i use ??

can you confirm that TBS5520SE can lock frequency 3870 H 51430 3/5 from satelit ABS-2 75E ???

i use akitio node, thunderbolt 3 to pcie converter box... it works ..

now. can you confirm that TBS6903X can handle symbol rate above 50K...
i need more confirm before i buy new card...
