Recently I bought 3x TBS6290SE dual tuner cards. The cards are working on unscrambled channels but I am unable to decrypt scrambled channels using dvblast.
I compiled everything as per manual for DVB-C. Non ecrypted channels works, I can even see multicast traffic on my router, even of scrambled channels, but I am not able to access it, probably because are still encrypted. I've changed different CAM modules (I have three types) and all are working at my cable provider (tested by them). Do you have any hints for my problem?

Which CAM you are using ? is it professional one ? as you are decryption about 9 chanenls :

as we know that professional CAM support about 8 channels , normal CAM only support 1 channel with 1 CAM .

You can have a try only streaming one channel check whether is ok
