Help now web interface

hi i purchased the tbs2603 and worked fine for 1 night
now i can access web interface

i have tried to reset device ,, try ip 192.168.1.168 and search my router but not see tbs2603

do u have a solution please or i need to send device back as faulty ?

Does it register in your router as connected?

hi freddy

thanks for the reply ,, i can't see it in router

ive tried all the usual stuff like new cables reboot router etc .... still nothing

ive also tried to reset the device with the pin button and reboot

the box was working fine with latest software and streamed great for one night ,, but now nothing

I'm thinking maybe a hardware problem ?

its either that or wrong gateway, check what gateway your router uses and what encoder is set at which is usually 192.168.1.168

gateway is 192.168.0.1

ive tried 192.168.1.168 and 192.168.1.168

try plugging the encoder directly into your computer and changing your pc gateway to same gateway and then connecting, had to do this to a mates different brand encoder recently

and bingo we have web if

then change gateway on device to match router gateway and plug it all back in and your all set :)
