UDP stream problem

I'm trying to use a TBS 2603 encoder for a live HD channel. This encoder is connected tom my professional TV headend. The installed sw is 1.1.59. My problem is: when I put the generated UDP stream to my QAM modulators remux I got a good quality image on tv-s, but with image and sound gap-s. These gaps are on random time intervals.
The input now is a professional Panasonic camcorder with 1080 50 fps HDMI output, the final device will be a Decklink card. I tried to set the output parameters all the way, but can't get a good configuration.(In VLC seems good the stream) Can You help me?
