tbs2603 unable access via web

I have tbs2603 at latest level of firmware, my network it's 192.168.1.x, the tbs have response to ping 192.168.1.168, but I cant acces via web. It have worked only two days. Any idea?? Thanks

Hi,
Did you update firmware for your Encoder recently? If the firmware is not paired, it will cause this problem. Now please
try reset Encoder, press the "reset" button and hold it around 7 seconds then release, last try visit webUI(192.168.1.168) again.

If still not work, we can set a remote to check for you by Teamviewer or Anydesk.

Finally, everything has been solved:
a) I put myself in the hands of the engineers, who quickly diagnosed the problem, from memory
b) The commercial part too a quick decision regarding the replacement of the equipment
c) The distribution part, was set in motion, with efficiency

For which I appreciate the collaboration of the entire team
