Did you update firmware for your Encoder recently? If the firmware is not paired, it will cause this problem. Now please
try reset Encoder, press the "reset" button and hold it around 7 seconds then release, last try visit webUI(192.168.1.168) again.
If still not work, we can set a remote to check for you by Teamviewer or Anydesk.
