Hello, I would like a help, as my tbs 2216 is experiencing connection problems refused when trying to enter the configuration panel, I tried to re-install the latest version of the software but without success, I would like a solution to this problem, and also I would like an older version of the software, I will leave a picture of the error it presents.

Hi,
Please try this:
step 1: go to the TBS2216 backup pannel "encoder IP:90", access: admin/admin

step 2: download the following firmware and upgrade for it, when the upgrade finish just reboot the Encoder, then you can visite encoder pannel as normal "encoder IP" directly:
