Thanks for this version. It fixes the 2nd stream problem, however it brings back the audio glitches (brief sound gaps) of version 1.0.12, they happen with varying intensity, sometimes depending on content (with background music) about every 5 to 10 seconds.
These audio glitches are quite annoying, they happen under all parameters that I tried (h.264 or h.265, VBR or CBR, 1024 kbp or 12000 kbps). Because of the audio problem I'll stick for now to version 1.0.39, it's more watchable.
If needed I can capture a sample video with the audio glitches for your consideration.

Hi, this is my first post.
I just bought the TBS2603 and I’m running some tests. I can confirm all what DrCool said.
1.0.32 has a lot of glitches, 1.0.26 seems to be the best except for 2nd stream. 1.0.39 has a lot of problems. When do you plan to update the drivers?
Thank you

Regards

Now I'm using 1.0.27,maybe the most stable release that I have tried till now.
One thing: rtsp in not working, shuttering is impossible. I'm trying it with h265, 1280x720.

The only version that works for me is 1.0.39, in my case it's the only one that doesn't have repetitive audio glitches. I tried version 1.0.27 but I find the repetitive audio gaps to be quite irritating. Notice however that I'm only able to use version 1.0.39 with default video parameters, in particular, h.265 with a data stream of 1024 kbps. If I increase the data stream above 1024 kbps I experience increased video disruptions that sometimes lead to loss of sync between video and audio. At 1024 kbps the general experience is however acceptable, with only occasional and brief video glitches that don't impact audio negatively.

I agree regarding 1.0.39 but with 1 Mbit quality is poor... 1.0.27 at least allows you to reach 4 Mbit or more but yes with glitches (very variable, sometimes almonst absent, sometimes every 10 seconds). Anyway the only working protocol is http. It's a pity also becasue, as far as I know, it's not the most suggested one for live streaming.
I hope in a version 2...

Yes, I agree with your description, hope it can be fixed.

I tested version 1.0.27 again and it's true that it's the best with good video but only as long as the audio stream is kept at 96kbps. If I increase audio quality to higher bitrates unfortunately audio glitches become too evident and annoying. It would be nice if this could be fixed in the next firmware release.

Good to know that I can "solve" the glitches problem lowering audio stream rate. For the moment I prefer image quality than audio quality :)
Thanks

OK, this is the end of my experiments, and here is the best configuration with two functional streams that can be achieved with firmware 1.0.26 (thanks to Jessie for posting it!):
HDMI Main:
H265, fps = 30, vbr, key interval = 60, Encoded size up to 1920 x 1080, MinQp = 4, MaxQp = 45, MaxBitrate (K) = 12000 (ideally 4000 to 9000)
HDMI 2nd:
H265 or H264, any H.264 level, fps = 30, Encoded size up to 1920 x 1080, MinQp = 4, MaxQp = 45, MaxBitrate (k) = 12000 (ideally 4000 to 9000)
Audio bitrate between 96000 and 160000
With the specifications above I'm able to have both streams functional with high AV quality and rare glitches, hence a satisfactory configuration.
As I said before, it would be nice if firmware 1.0.26 could be improved to allow for the audio bitrate to be raised to 256000 without causing the mentioned recurrent audio gaps.

I'll try your configuration
