1.How to use Tbs2603
Please have a look at this quick start:

2.Where to get the update firmware?

3. The default ip of the encoder?
192.168.1.168

4.How to access the web?
Please set your pc's ip 192.168.1.xxx, and put the encoder at the same LAN with your pc,open a Browser, and typing "http://192.168.1.168" in, then you can see the web ui of the encoder.

5.What about the login user name and password?
web login is : root/root

6.How many users can connect to the device at the same time?
The tbs2603 can support UDP, MULTICAST, HTTP, RTSP, RTMP protocols.
If you use a push streaming, like MULTICAST or RTMP, many clients can be supported.
If you use a direct streaming, like HTTP, some like 5 to 10 clients can be support.

7.Is Tbs2603 support de-interlaced.
Yes, and it is default opened.

8.Is it support dhcp?
Yes.

9.Is it support OSD?
Yes, please see the "HDMI OSD Setting" tab of the "Audio Expend" page.

10.How to reset it when forget ip?
There is a "RESET" button on the side of the encoder, please push it when the encoder is power on, and hold on more than 5 seconds, the encoder will back to the factroy settings, and the ip is back to "192.168.1.168".

11.How to upgrade the firmware.
Please download the new version at http://www.tbsdtv.com/download/.
Uncomress the file to get the file "update.tar.bz2", remember don't change the file's name.
On the System->upgrade page of the web,push "choose files", get the file "update.tar.bz2", push "upload" button, wait some time for it, when it open a "successfully uploaded" window, push the "upgrade" button, wait a little longer time until it open a "successfully updated" window. then it is ok.

Can the encoding frame rate be set to 60fps?

Yes, but only on the HDMI main stream page, not the HDMI 2nd stream page. Also, if you have not upgraded the device's firmware recently, you may need to upgrade it to the current version. It will still show [5-30] as the range for the encoding frame rate in the HDMI main settings, but you can set it to 60 anyway, and then it will output a 60fps stream.
