Hi, i have a TBS2630 16 CH Encoder, and i have 3 encoders not working, they was going offline progresivelly. First one was lost, then a months later two more. How can i recover the encoders? Is posibble to disconect and reconect in hot to 'reset' the devices or i have to assumed that are broken?

Encoder can not ping, can not enter now?

Encoder is far away from you? if that, can ask someone who's in local to try reboot or reset Encoder? to see it can be recovery or not.
