Hi,

I wasn't sure about where I should post this,
Got application where we need to take sdi camera signal feeds from sdi fiber extenders and stream over ip using IRD
My question is, does anyone know if this IRD can provide audio in the same HD-SDI interface?, cause I don't wanna make additional connections for audio

Hi,
The encoder's SDI input support both video and audio in it. I don't know how about your architecture of all these devices, but if you give a input with both video and audio to the encoder, it is work ok to encoding and streaming to the ip.
