Advice before I buy

I have previously used a TBS 6280 card and was on Windows 7 but now Im using Windows 10.

I had problems with the 6280 that it would disappear from Device Manager when I resumed from sleep mode so setting my PC to record a film or programme whilst I was away was not an option. How reliable is the 5520 in this respect?

Secondly, what software comes with the 5520 now that Windows Media Center is no longer available and how intuitive and easy to setup is that software?
