TBS5580 can't tune J.83B clear QAM

I have a 5580, trying to tune in a Clear QAM J.83B signal, but it never locks.
My parameters are:
Freq: 57MHz
Bandwidth: 6MHz
Symbol Rate: 5361
Modulation: QAM256
I have used different software but cannot get a lock: TBSViewer, TSReader, DVB Dream
I used a AVerMedia AVerTV Volar Hybrid Q, USB TV Tuner and it locked successfully.
What am I missing?
