TBS5580 stops working randomly

hello all I'm using TBS 5580 for few months now. there has always been a problem of very hot temperature. usually I shut it down and restart, which helps. strange noises from the device is another issue. but from last some days it's behaving strangely. it simply does not power on.

I'm using it with ubuntu 20. is the device expected get so hot? also the noise? why does it stops working sometimes? plz reply

Could you please explain how to contact after sales service? Is there any service center in the Netherlands for TBS products?
