Could anyone please confirm if TBS6522 works in ESXi?
I tried both ESXi 6.0 and 6.5 and created Windows 10 Virtual Machine. The card is passed through directly to VM and drivers are installed without any issues. All looks ok in Device Manager and the card is also recognised in MediaPortal, DVBDream and some other players I tried. However scanning takes just 1 second and reports no signal (both Terrestrial and Sat). All cabling is correct (tried with TV using the same cables, sockets). Change mode tool also works ok.
I'm also trying the card directly in Windows 10 without any virtualization - this is currently in progress but I can see that at least S/S2 channel scan was successful.
My guess is the driver doesn't work correctly in VM hosted on ESXi. Could somebody confirm whether you were successful with this card?

Hello crazycat. What do you mean by terrestrial / sat init?
I did use change mode tool. I did manage to scan successfully for both: Terrestrial and Satellite channels under Windows 10 (it took approx. 10-15 minutes). But in in Win 10 run as a guest in ESXi the scan takes just 1 second (sat / terr) and reports no signal. Any clues to how it may be fixed?
