Change mode utility. Why?

I want a card with two tuners where each tuner can tune a channel on satellite or terrestrial as chosen in Windows Media Centre. If it's recording one channel I want to be able to just flick though all satellite and terrestrial channels to find something else to watch. I guess the TBS6522 doesn't do that with the current drivers.
Am I correct?
