Continiuty Error issue when CI-CAM plugged

Hi everybody,

I have TBS-5590 In Turksat 42.0E only 1 channel has this issue. When I plug the Videoguard Module to 5990 the channel suddenly stops and gives continuity error. When I unplug the Module channel starts to show again. What could be the problem?

What about the transponder information can you send to us have a check ?
Only this transponder have issue and others works well ?
