internet data recive ing problem

hi
im useing 6920 card with any problemfor tv and internet but
i buying one 6980 dvb card and i dont recive any data by 6980 whene concet to internt.
but all device set up normaly and have good confguration
i can watching tv but i cant concet to internet with this card
os : xp and win 7
ram : 2 gig
hdd:500 gig
dish:110
opn sky acunt
on w3a 10720
i am update all driver and TBS-IPdata and change windows but not get any result
plese help me to slove this problem.
