Problem with 11411 transponder

Hi, I have use tbs 6980 for long time and I am quite happy with it, but recently I spotted problem with transponder 11411 from hotbird 13, however others transponders work ok. After switching computer on the transporder 11411 works correctly and I can scan and watch all channels. The problem is that after some time I am not able to watch and scan any channel from this transponder, but TBS IP Data still is showing high signal and status locked. In addition analyzing his transporder by transedit I can find some streams with low data rate. After rebooting the computer I can again watch and scan this transporder, but after some time I lost possibility to watch programms. I am using DVBViewer, but I was trying ProgDVB as well and problem is the same. I use the newest drivers available on your website. Please help me with this problem and sorry for my english.
