sorry for late reply, haven't visited IPTV stuff for a while.
In my setting I used 100ms for diseqc messages and 5ms for unicable messages to make it work. But that depends on your diseqc/unicable switch, etc. Typically you should be able to either play a bit with the delay within the source code of mumudvb but it will be a feature after my branch is merged into the main branch, the pull request is pending.
