Channels are not being descrambled in the new PC

After changing my PC (from Windows 10 to Windows 11, from Z87 to Z790 chipset) my TBS6590 gave up showing the scrambled DVB-C channels though I sequentially put to DVBViewer program folder three different versions of TbsCIapi.dll: 1.0.2.2 of March 7, 2018; 1.0.2.3 of May 17, 2019; and 1.0.2.3 of May 5, 2023 (from DVB Dream v298). In the last two cases, DVBViewer just crashed. The free channels are available. What should I do?

and install the latest version of dvbdream or dvbviewer from the office web.

Yes, the current version of the driver is 1.0.1.4 and the version of DVBViewer is 7.3.0.0.

the tools will read the CAM MMI info.
BTW. check your CAM if expired.

The CAM is not expired, it works in the older third-party tuner as well as in my TV.
