tbs5927_windows-driverv1.0.0.3.zip does not install?(Solved)

When installing the driver tbs5927_windows-driver_v1.0.0.3.zip with administrator rights
on Windows 7 Enterprise version this driver is refused with the following message:

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device.
A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly
or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)

Due to this message the driver is not activated.
Any idea how to fix this?

SP1 was already installed, so that wasn't the cause of the problem.
But installing the additional Windows 7 patch which you have pointed to
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=46148
does resolve this issue!
